Bodhisattva Chenrezig - The Heart of Perfect Compassion OM MANI PADME HUNG The Bodhisattva of Compassion, Chenrezig embodies the essence of compassion of all the buddhas. By listening to or reciting the mantra with faith, one creates an antidote for the affliction of anger in one's mind. Compassion naturally arises, and as a direct result suffering decreases. Through the power of this great compassion the cause for one to awaken to their highest potential, perfect enlightenment, is revealed and one will be reborn in the pure land of great bliss, Dewachen.
